Visual Focus took its latest acquisition, a fabulous big screen for its first run at the Westwood Racing Carnival.

Toowoomba’s annual Weetwood Racing Carnival is a key event in the year. The glamour of Fashions on the Field is accompanied by fabulous food and wines track side. The social aspects mix with Weetwood’s seasoned gallopers and rising stars of horse racing on the track.

The Audi Centre Toowoomba Weetwood is a racing experience that Toowoomba has embraced over its 129 years history. Visual Focus big screen makes sure racegoers are right in the midst of the action with a live racing feed on screen.

The big screen travels on its 6 metre long trailer with easy on site set up connecting to 3-phase power or generator. With a line of site microwave link and live switching facilities, patrons don’t miss a moment of the event action.

For the technically minded, the screen is 12.5 square metres of image. It’s 4.8 metres wide by 2.6 metres high with an 8mm pixel pitch.

Now based in Toowoomba, the big screen will be seen travelling to major outdoor events from Dalby to Texas, Roma to the Gold Coast.
