Australian Monitor ES250
The Australian Monitor ES250 is the latest evolution of our Essentials series of Mixer Amplifiers, now featuring 2 channels of priority VOX muting, integrated tone generator (120/250 models) and a modern look and finish.
The Australian Monitor ES250 maintains the core features you expect including four XLR mic/dual RCA line inputs, record and line outputs, low impedance or constant voltage outputs and 12V phantom power.
The ES series offers the latest features to meet projects requiring the most cost-effective solutions.
Power Amplifier Stage
4 Input Channels
Each channel can be used as a Microphone input(XLR) or as a Line Level Input(RCA).
Line and Record Outputs
These outputs can be used to link additional power amplifiers to increase the required output channels or total power requirements.
Priority Muting & Phantom Power
Using selectable DIP switches on the rear of the product, different configuration modes can be selected as shown in the table.
Use the priority muting to perform talk over functions which mute background music inputs when audio is detected on a priority input channel.
Phantom power is also provided which, when activated, provides 12 volts to condenser microphones on the XLR inputs.
Embedded Tone Generator
A rear panel connector allows the tones to be played by connecting any of the pins to the ground terminal.
A tone volume control is also provided to change the tone to the desired level.
When a tone is playing Channels 2, 3 and 4 are muted. Channel 1 is not muted to allow, if required, microphone messaging over the tone.
