Accreditation and Training
Visual Focus designers and technicians are highly trained in the latest audio-visual equipment, techniques and standards.
Our team takes pride in keeping up to date with the latest technology. Our team attends annual training with industry Associations such as AVIXA (Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association) and CEDIA (Custom Electronic Design and Installation Association). They also attend regular manufacturer training and updates held by Epson, Crestron, Amber Technology, Kramer and more.
Our Managing Director, Ralph Atkinson has over 25 years experience working as a television director, editor and cameraman, an audio engineer and technician for live theatre and has designed and operated the gamut of audio-visual systems. Ralph was Head of Audio at the largest regional performing arts venue in Australia, the Empire Theatre in Toowoomba for 12 years and toured across Australia, in New Zealand and Asia with various contemporary musicians and artists.
