Visual Focus was contracted by Bryant Building Contractors to deliver a comprehensive audio-visual package for the new Well Life Services facility in Newtown. This installation combines professional communication and collaboration tools designed to support modern meeting environments, telehealth consultations, and seamless content sharing throughout the building.

The divisible boardroom was designed as a flexible meeting space with a Yealink Microsoft Teams Room Solution featuring an MCore with Touch Controller and 86-inch MeetingDisplay units, facilitating high-quality video conferencing. The addition of in-ceiling microphones & speakers allows the room to adapt when divided between one large space or two separate meeting spaces.

A 98-inch Commbox Intelligent Commercial Display forms the centrepiece of the presentation area, supported by a PTZOptics tracking camera and Shure SLXD Wireless Microphones. A Crestron AirMedia allows users to share content quickly and easily from their own devices.

The facility’s telehealth rooms were equipped with Yealink Video Conferencing bars and 32-inch interactive touch displays, creating dedicated spaces for remote consultations. This touch-enabled setup provides reliable communication while maintaining a simple and intuitive user experience for both staff and clients.

A 75-inch Yealink interactive smartboard was installed to support workshops, brainstorming sessions and team collaboration. The all-in-one solution combines video conferencing, wireless sharing and digital whiteboarding in a single platform.

Yealink room scheduling panels were installed throughout the facility, providing real-time room availability and simplifying the management of meeting and consultation spaces.

All AV systems are connected through a Q-SYS Core 8 Flex, delivering a consistent user experience across the facility, providing intuitive, one-touch control via Q-SYS 7-inch Touchscreens, enabling users to manage lighting, audio, and presentation sources seamlessly.
